These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between “V i R Akacia” EOOD (the owner of online store radoauthentic.com) on the one hand, and the users of online store radoauthentic.com (also referred to as "Site") on the other. By using the pages of radoauthentic.com, the user agrees, accepts and undertakes to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Order terms:

“V i R Akacia” EOOD reserves the right to refuse any order due to unavailability or any other reason, by informing the consumer about the refusal and the reason for the refusal.

After completing the order, the user will receive an automatic confirmation at the e-mail address indicated by them. From this moment on, the order is considered accepted and will be sent. In the event of failure to complete a part of the order or the entire order, the user will be informed by a further notification sent by e-mail or by phone.

The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's or mobile device’s display of the colors accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.

Pricing and availability:

In the English version of the site all prices are in Euro including VAT. Shipping and handling charges are calculated at the end of your order when you specify the shipping destination. These charges may vary depending on the country and region.

Errors

We attempt to be as accurate as possible and to eliminate errors on the websites; however, we do not warrant that any product, service, description, photograph, pricing or other information is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

In the event of an error—whether on the websites, in an order confirmation, in processing an order, in delivering a product or service or otherwise—we reserve the right to correct such error and to revise your order accordingly if necessary (including charging the correct price) or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

Your sole remedy in the event of such error is to cancel your order and obtain a refund.

Warranty and claims:

In all cases of withdrawal, return of goods, warranties and claims, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act shall apply. The consumer has the right to return the ordered goods within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the goods in case the goods are: NOT USED, not washed, without signs of wear and tear, unmodified, all labels are intact, the integrity of the packaging is not violated and the product is in the form in which it was received and under the conditions under Article 55 of the CPA.

When the consumer exercises their right to return products, they must send or deliver the goods back to “V i R Akacia” EOOD without undue delay and not later than 14 days, from the date on which the consumer has notified “V i R Akacia” EOOD of his decision to return the product, under Art. 52 of the CPA.

Upon finding a defect in the product within 14 days of its receipt, and within the same period the customer notifies by email “V i R Akacia” EOOD, the product can be replaced with a new one or to restore the value paid by the consumer according to Art. 55 of the CPA.

The transportation and other costs of receiving and returning the goods are at the expense of the customer. In the event of non-conformity of the goods with the characteristics indicated on the description page, the supplier shall refund the entire amount paid by the consumer, in accordance with Art. 54, para. 1 of the CPA. This is done within 14 days of receipt of the goods in the undamaged commercial form of the goods and the packaging. To return the product (s) purchased from the online store, the customer must contact “V i R Akacia” EOOD via e-mail at radoauthentic@gmail.com or by phone +359 888 030 442.

The personal data we process and why:

The information gathered by “V i R Akacia” EOOD during the use of the site will be used only for the stated purposes and in accordance with the applicable law. “V i R Akacia” EOOD will not provide information to third parties without the express consent of the visitor. We do not assign, sell or otherwise distribute personal data to third parties for any reason, unless this is not imposed by the law or court order. If for any reason the registered user does not wish to receive any more newsletter of “V i R Akacia” EOOD but wishes to keep their registration on the site, they can unsubscribe via email at radoauthentic@gmail.com.

The user is required to review these Terms and Conditions at any time before using the site. The fact that the user continues to use the site after publishing the changes is considered as confirmation that they accept and agree with these changes in the Terms and Conditions. The user hereby agrees that all subsequent purchases are governed by the General Terms and Conditions applicable to the publication of the amended General Terms and Conditions, and then in accordance with these amended Terms and Conditions. Depending on the implementation of these Terms and Conditions and any modifications thereof, “V i R Akacia” EOOD provides the end user with a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensing right to enter and use the site. By ordering products from the online store radoauthentic.com or by accepting the delivery of such products, the customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these Terms and Conditions. “V i R Akacia” EOOD reserves the right to change these terms without notice at any time and only in its sole discretion.

“V i R Akacia” EOOD is not responsible for any of the sites and their content that are not part of the website www.radoauthentic.com. “V i R Akacia” EOOD does not undertake to prosecute any site that has links to illegal content of copyright, pornography, racism and any other acts prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. If a user has noticed such a violation, we urge them undertake to notify them to “V i R Akacia” EOOD in order to remove the link to the site violator.

- not responsible for any incidental deficiencies related to the actuality of the information contained on the site; neither responsible for the consequences, incl. any damage caused by or in any way connected with the access or use of this site.

- not responsible for the integrity of the information on the site from computer viruses or other threats. The information displayed on the site is in compliance with the applicable legislation, its use by the users is voluntary and on their own initiative.

- not responsible for any damages caused to the user when using the services on the website.

- not responsible for the sudden depletion of stock.

Registrations:

Any user who made a registration on our site or subscribed to our newsletter may unsubscribe and be deleted from our registered users when sending a request to e-mail address radoauthentic@gmail.com. Unsubscribe from the list of subscribers can be done from the newsletter via the link at the bottom/footer of the newsletter: “unsubscribe me from this list”. The data that the user provided when registering the site and the newsletter subscription will be deleted from our database within 10 working days of the opening of the request.
